Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place the ring in its original packaging along with a copy of your invoice to ensure the item is protected during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our studio address; we recommend insuring the package for the full value of the ring.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our craftsmen inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or begin crafting your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
